The Project
The Cotton Works, Holden Mill is a Grade II listed building converted and extended to residential apartments circa 2007. It comprises of solid brick wall construction to the majority of the original part of the building with a structural framing system and cladding panels to the modern extension on the upper two stories of both blocks.
This project involves the replacement of all cladding and associated materials on level 2 and 7 of Holden Mill. Following approval from MHCLG, funding has been received from the BSF and works will commence on site in March. This page will be kept up to date will all of the relevant information for the project and residents can check when works will be undertaken on their apartments.
