Appointed principal contractor to take over
interrupted scheme following previous
contractor falling into administration.
Due to lack of information, a Comprehensive
R&D phase undertaken to understand and
develop a scope of works to complete the
remaining 53x units along with external
communal areas.
Following this, completed a challenging
programme to handover all 53x units by June
2024, within 12 months of being appointed.
Aftercare contract awarded to RECOM
following completion to manage and address
any historic defects from previous contractor.

What we did differently
Worked collaboratively with the client to enable
progression and completion of units, which,
due to the nature of the interrupted scheme,
required a reactive and ad-hoc approach to
elements of work when unforeseen issues
discovered.
