Gemma McKnight – Head of People

Gemma is our Head of People, with a strong passion for creating an inclusive work environment and nurturing the potential of individuals. Gemma oversees all aspects of our as our talent acquisition, employee development and employee engagement. Gemma is well-versed in HE best practice and can provide expert guidance to the organisation.

Jason McKnight – Director

Co-Founder and Director at RECOM. Jason has extensive delivery experience in the private, commercial and public sector and stems from a Main Contracting background. He leads various public sector frameworks on behalf of the business. He holds a strategic focus on the business and strives for innovative ways for both management and delivery of projects.

Joseph Dillon – Director

Co-Founder and Director at RECOM. Joe has an extensive background in Healthcare and Public Sector Works. With over 15-years experience in the industry, Joseph has worked on some of Manchester’s major projects. Coming from a main contracting background, Joe brings extensive experience in leadership from varying roles.

James is our Head of Operations. James has extensive Construction and Operational Management experience, having worked at Senior levels in the British Army and previously at Lend Lease. He is process and delivery focused and works across the board at RECOM. James brings a strategic approach, to support business growth and deliver quality in everything we do.

Sarah Leadbetter – Head of Passive Fire Protection

Sarah is a key member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day management of our PFP business. She is a highly innovative, client centred individual with extensive experience within the public sector including strategic phase project planning, procurement activity, contract execution and appointment, pre-construction phase, cost reporting, risk management, end user engagement, transition strategy planning and project delivery through to completion.

Luke Roscoe – Head of Consultancy

Luke is a highly ambitious Strategic Lead, focused on both project delivery and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in developing strategies for business sustainability and growth. With nearly a decade of experience in client-side Project Management/Client Representation roles across both the public and private sectors, Luke has worked on some of the largest and most complex projects in the Northwest.

Jordan leads the Construction Team. He has extensive experience in cost planning and fit out management and is an expert in delivery. Jordan has overseas high rise experience and has previously worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor for 12-years.

Andy is a highly experienced and qualified finance director who oversees and manages RECOM’s financial activities. An exceptional communicator with outstanding analytical and accounting skills, Andy works with our teams to evaluate risks, implement new procedures, and provide strategies to successfully grow our organisation.
