Due to previous project’s with Clarion, RECOM
were requested and appointed as
Construction Managers on the distressed Boat
Yard residential scheme in Bristol City Centre.
The project consists of 152 apartments, 3
commercial units, 4 roof terraces and
basement car park of 66 spaces. After the
project being on hold for 2 years since the
previous contractor entered administration,
RECOM took over the site in May 2024 and
have a target completion of August 2026.
