completion of over 250 residential units including 1, 2, and 3-
bedroom apartments and 18 duplex townhouses. RECOM
played a pivotal role in the project’s aftercare phase, ensuring
the successful management of defects over a 2-year period.

Key Responsibilities:
Defect Management: Managed defect resolution for
apartments and townhouses through supply chain
members or client liaison.

Customer Service Support: Provided ongoing support to
residents to ensure satisfaction.Emergency Call-Out Service: Quickly responded to
emergency maintenance to minimize resident disruption.

Void Inspections: Conducted fortnightly checks to meet
standards and perform maintenance.
Void Property Maintenance: Ensured timely readiness of
vacant properties for new occupants.
