RECOM Solutions was approached at short
notice to refurbish two lecture theatres,
ensuring they were ready for a major event in
the university’s calendar. Despite the client’s
acknowledgment of the tight timeline, we
delivered both projects on time and within
budget by adopting innovative approaches to
project management. Our ability to think
outside the box and adapt to the constraints
ensured a successful outcome.

What we did differently:

To meet the challenging deadline, RECOM
Solutions collaborated closely with
subcontractors and divided the lecture
theatres into work zones, assigning mini
completion milestones to each area. By
securing the commitment of our supply chain
and maintaining a focused, phased approach,
we were able to deliver high-quality results
while staying on schedule and within budget.
